This Host Agreement applies in addition to the Terms of Service when you apply to host or operate trips on Koladr. By submitting a host application, you agree to these terms.
1. Verification
- You must provide accurate business and contact details and, where applicable, business registration, Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) licensing, identification, and insurance documents.
- You authorise us to verify your documents and details. We may approve, reject, or suspend host status at our discretion.
- You must keep your licensing and insurance current while hosting.
2. Your trips
- You are the provider of your trips and are responsible for their safe, lawful, and accurate delivery.
- Trips must pass our review checklist (clear itinerary, meeting point, transport, safety notes, price, cancellation policy, approved images, and reasonable capacity) before going live.
- You must honour confirmed bookings and your stated cancellation policy.
3. Payments, fees, and payouts
- We collect payment from travelers on your behalf via our payment partner.
- We deduct a platform commission and remit the remaining host amount to your provided payout account.
- Payouts are held until trip completion and a dispute window passes, then scheduled and paid. Payouts may be held where there is a refund, dispute, or safety investigation.
4. Safety obligations
- Provide an emergency contact and a reachable trip-day phone number.
- Check in attendees and maintain an accurate manifest.
- Cooperate with any safety investigation and report incidents promptly.
5. Termination
Either party may end this relationship. We may immediately suspend hosting for safety, legal, or trust reasons. Outstanding obligations to travelers survive termination.
