Cancellation Policy

Default cancellation windows and how host-specific policies apply.

Each trip displays its own cancellation policy on the trip page and at checkout. Where a host has not set a custom policy, the default below applies.

1. Default traveler cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before the trip start: full refund of the trip price (service fees may be non-refundable).
  • 24–72 hours before: 50% refund of the trip price.
  • Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.

2. Host cancellations

If a host cancels, affected travelers receive a full refund of amounts paid, including service fees, and are notified immediately. Repeated host cancellations may affect a host's standing on the Platform.

3. Platform cancellations

We may cancel a trip for safety, legal, or compliance reasons. In that case, travelers receive a full refund.

4. Weather, force majeure, and minimum group size

  • Trips may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or events outside anyone's control; full refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
  • If a trip does not reach its minimum group size, the host may cancel and fully refund affected travelers.
