Community Guidelines

The behaviour we expect from every traveler, host, and member.

Last updated: 15 June 2026

Koladr only works when people feel safe and respected. These guidelines apply to everyone on the Platform — travelers, hosts, and operators.

1. Respect and safety first

  • Treat fellow travelers and hosts with courtesy. No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats.
  • No sexual harassment or unwanted advances in chats or on trips.
  • Follow your host's reasonable safety instructions during a trip.

2. Honesty

  • Hosts must describe trips accurately, including price, itinerary, meeting point, transport, and what is included.
  • Travelers must provide accurate identity and emergency contact information.
  • No scams, fake listings, or off-platform payment requests to avoid protections.

3. Chat conduct

  • Trip chats are for coordinating the trip. Keep it relevant and respectful.
  • Do not share other members' personal information without consent.
  • Spam, solicitation, and repeated unwanted messages are not allowed.

4. Reporting and enforcement

You can report a trip, a user, or a specific message. You can also block users to stop direct interaction. We review reports and may warn, suspend, or remove accounts and trips.

Urgent safety concerns can be sent to safety@koladr.com. In an emergency, contact the Ghana Police Service (191) or emergency services (112) first.
