Before you travel
· Add an emergency contact during checkout — it's required for confirmed trips.
· Share your trip details with someone you trust.
· Meet at the host's stated meeting point and verify the trip code.
· Keep payments on Koladr. Never pay a host directly.
Report a problem
You can report a trip, a host, a traveler, or a message directly from where you see it — look for the Report link on trip pages, profiles, and chat messages. Our safety team reviews every report.
