Terms of Use
Effective date: April 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Koladr ("the Service"), operated by Koladr ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
Koladr is an AI Agent Control Room that provides governed action execution, policy enforcement, approval workflows, and connector management for AI-powered agents. The Service is provided as a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords, API keys, and agent tokens. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants, accounts, or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
- Store or transmit malicious code through the platform
- Circumvent or disable any security or access controls
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (such as Stripe, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Gmail) through our connector system. By connecting a third-party service, you authorize Koladr to interact with that service on your behalf within the scope of permissions you grant. You remain subject to the third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
7. Data and Tenant Isolation
Each workspace ("tenant") is logically isolated. Your data, credentials, agent configurations, policies, and execution logs are scoped to your tenant and are not accessible by other tenants. We enforce tenant isolation through row-level security and server-side authorization.
8. Credential Storage
Connector credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We never expose stored credentials to the browser after initial submission. You are responsible for the security of credentials before they are submitted to Koladr.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Koladr and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, configurations, and content submitted through the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koladr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Contact
