Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Koladr, a prepaid service that provides access to supported third-party AI models through one AI balance.

Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
AI Balance
Koladr AI Balance is prepaid, non-transferable service credit used only for eligible AI usage in Koladr. It is not a bank account, deposit, cryptocurrency, or cash equivalent. V1 does not permit transfers, withdrawals, cash-out, or peer-to-peer payments.
Funding and payment confirmation
Top-ups are processed by Paystack and are credited only after Koladr verifies the provider transaction. A browser redirect or payment screen alone does not prove payment. Delayed or missing confirmations may be reconciled later. Duplicate provider notifications do not create duplicate credit.
Usage charges
AI requests are charged according to measured input and output usage, model prices, the captured USD/GHS internal rate, FX buffer, and markup effective when the request is authorized. Koladr may reserve an estimated maximum amount before generation and settle only the calculated actual usage after completion.
Models and output
Available providers and models may change, be suspended, or become unavailable without notice. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must review important output and must not rely on it as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use Koladr to break the law, harm others, bypass provider safeguards, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse infrastructure, discover credentials, or make automated requests outside the supported product interface. Rate, concurrency, and usage limits may be enforced to protect the platform.
Refunds and reversals
If a payment is reversed, fraudulent, duplicated, or credited in error, Koladr may add a corresponding reversing ledger entry or suspend the wallet. Any refund request is assessed under applicable law and payment-provider rules; used service credit is ordinarily not refundable.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for security threats, non-payment, prohibited use, provider requirements, legal obligations, or material breach. You may stop using Koladr at any time.
Service availability and liability
Koladr is provided on an as-available basis and depends on third-party payment, cloud, and AI providers. To the extent permitted by law, Koladr disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Koladr evolves. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms. Contact Koladr through the details published on koladr.com with questions.
